Distorted by Suppression added a certain pressure and suppression that affected not only the dancers physical, but mental state. The use of umbrellas for each of his dancers helped to establish a safe space that the dancers could confide in. The dancers moved about the open space with an exposed back wall. The wall was treated with a dynamic blue texture that helped heighten the raw organic nature that the humans brought into play.
