This dance explored the idea of nostalgia and getting to the true root of the meaning, acute homesickness. The concept that everyone in life has a memory of some sort and that memory has a sense of control over us all. I supported this vision by keeping the stage bare so the dancers could be in an infinite space while in sepia toned texture. When control was lost, clear crips hues cut through to create a dynamic contrast between the two worlds.
