The lighting for Rent was based off of the phrase 'Concerts that tell a story.' Much like you would go see a Taylor Swift or Macklemore concert where every little detail is composed to help tell the story of the album or the artist, I took great pride in working with the production team to do the same and create a rock atmosphere. The artists of Alphabet City had a story to tell and we provided them the stage and atmosphere to let them express themselves.
